Trade-In Policy

• We reserve the right to decline any used books for trade credit.

• Books to be traded should be presented before selecting your purchases.

• Trade credit is 25% of the original cover price.

• Used book credit is applicable on purchases of used books only.
  

• Credit may be used in the same category of your credit amount or any category listed below that amount.

• There is no time limit on your book credit.

• We limit the use of credit on your purchase to 50% of the purchase amount.

• California law requires us to collect sales tax in cash on your purchase.

• This trade policy is effective.

We do not accept paperback without covers. We also do not accept damaged books (e.g. water-damage, ripped or torn pages, split spines, and insect or rodent damage). If you would not loan a book to a friend in it's current condition, then it is unlikely we will accept it.
